The training course for the project “CROSS BARRIERS- education for inclusion” took part from 3-10 September 2021 in Almáchar, Spain. Association for progress, education and lobbying PEL Skopje was represented by 2 participants on this project activity.
During the training course, the participants had the chance to learn more about the non-formal methods they can use for the inclusion of young people from rural areas. The activities helped them develop their skills and abilities for the inclusion of this group of people.
Once they gained the knowledge and developed their skills, they had the opportunity to create and try to implement inclusion strategies and non-formal methods for inclusion. Additionally, they had the chance to share experiences, knowledge, ideas and best practices with youth workers from different european countries.
