Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање (НЕЛ) од Скопје има потреба од еден учесник од Македонија за семинар на тема „Inclusive Rights for Social Genders“, кој ќе се одржи во Врњачка бања, Србија од 21-ви до 28-ми февруари 2014 година, во рамките на програмата „Млади во Акција“ (Youth in Action) на Европската Комисија.
Храната и сместувањето се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и 70% од патните трошоци. Учесниците мора да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

This Seminar will focus on gender issues and their influence on young people in today’s Europe. The aim of the seminar is to provide space and time for youth organizations working on gender issues both in Programme Countries and South East Europe (SEE) to exchange examples of good practice.
Gender-based discrimination especially in economy remains one of the most salient problems in today’s Europe, in particular in the post-conflict region of the Western Balkans. The project therefore will focus not only on the debate of the state of the gender issues in different corners and economic realities of Europe, but also on future cooperation and young peoples’ involvement in the process of creation of more gender-balanced societies. We plan to reflect on issues of wider anti-discrimination policy and equality programmes of the European Union.
The Seminar looks towards improvement of the quality of support systems for activities aimed at the empowerment of young people in gender matters. Moreover, this Seminar will focus on chances and opportunities for raising employability of women, opportunities for small businesses, start-up and self-employment mechanisms.
