Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ – Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 4 учесника од Северна Македонија за семинар на тема “Gender Out of the Box“.
Семинарот ќе се одржи во Штип од 9-ти до 15-ти октомври 2019 година во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија.
Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и патните трошоци до 20 евра.
Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат над 18 години, да се мотивирани и подготвени да учествуваат во сите активности на проектот и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

About the project
The project „Gender Out of the Box” aims at raising the capacities of the consortium providing space, tools and opportunities for youth workers to explore, analyze and promote Gender Equality through working with young boys and men.
The project aims to support the professional development of youth workers and youth leaders on their critical understanding of gender issues.
Methodology
The methodology used to conduct the whole project implementation will be based on non-formal education and learning by doing approach. The non-formal environment will create safe space where will not only learn about the topics covered but also acquire other soft skills such as teamwork, public speaking skills, negotiation, non-violent communication, inter cultural communications which are essential competence in today’s European youth work.
The working methodology shall include communication-based methods (interaction, dialogue, open discussions), activity based methods (sharing experience, practice and experimentation), socially focused methods (partnerships, teamwork, networking) and self directing methods (creativity, discovery, responsibility, action). Interactive methods and exercises will be used to make the participants the actors and reactors of this learning opportunity.
