Асоцијацијата за напредок, едукација и лобирање – НЕЛ од Скопје, објавува отворен повик за 3 учесника од Македонија за обука за тренери на тема “Stream the Peace – ToT on Peace Education“.
Обуката ќе се одржи во Ајдин, Турција од 16-ти до 22-ри декември 2018, во рамките на програмата Еразмус+ на Европската Комисија.
Сместувањето и храната се целосно покриени од страна на организаторите, како и патните трошоци до 275 евра. Услов за учество е пријавените да имаат од 18 години и да се способни да комуницираат на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на проектот.

АПЛИКАЦИОНЕН ФОРМУЛАР
The project aims at promoting the involvement of young people as key actors in peacebuilding and change processes by enhancing capacities of youth-led civil society organisations in developing and applying sustainable initiatives ensuring youth participation at local level through youth peace advocacy.
Therefore, the project aims at developing the competences of young activists and young community through a combination of a distant learning programme, guided community assessments and two residential training courses on youth empowerment and the development of youth peace advocacy projects. As a result the participants shall be enabled to guide young people in planning, monitoring and evaluation of youth-lead peacebuilding initiatives on local level.
Objectives of the project
Specific objective of the training course:
o To introduce the participants to systematic approaches to peacebuilding
o To explore the meaning of youth empowerment in the context of grass-root youth peacebuilding at community level
o To learn tools for needs analysis and community assessments
o To prepare the community assessments to be conducted in all partner countries
Competences expected to be developed by the participants:
– To have developed a profound understanding of and measures for strategic youth-led advocacy and campaigning for peace
– To feel empowered to act as multipliers in their communities and to promote youth participation in peacebuilding processes
– To be equipped with an enriched tool box to foster youth participation and youth empowerment for youth-led peacebuilding
The participants are expected to be actively involved in initiatives with young people on youth participation and social activism and have:
At least basic knowledge and understanding of youth participation, peacebuilding and social transformation
Knowledge about the specific context in their communities
Work experience in a NGO working with young people
Have led at least participated and/or coordinated one local or international social initiative
Motivation to take part in a mutual learning process in a very intercultural setting
Good level of English to follow the course and to contribute to it
Wish and ability to participate fully in the event
Time Schedule
Arrival day: 16 Dec 2018
Departure day: 22 Dec 2018
The participants are allowed to stay up to 3 days extra outside these dates in Turkey. If their stay exceeds these extra 3 days, the travel costs will NOT be reimbursed.
The participants are requested to arrive on the 16th of Dec 2018 not later than 5pm local time at the project venue.
Travelling to Aydın
Most of the participants will arrive at Izmir International Airport. We will manage transport from airport to Didim.
But, they may also travel to Badrum Airport. Also we will manage transport if they need.
Financial Conditions/ Reimbursements
The course is implemented in the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme. Accommodation, food and activities are fully covered by the organisers.
80% of the travel costs to the venue and back will be reimbursed up to the maximum of the amount 275 for Macedonians.
