Eight volunteers from Association for Progress, Education and Lobbying PEL – Skopje took part in the YE “Arts for Youth Rights” which took place in Klaffer, Austria, from 27th December 2019 to 5th January 2020, financed by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission.
During the YE the participants had the chance to learn more about the human rights using non-formal methods and to learn how to use arts for their promotion and for becoming more active citizens in the society.
